ONLINE DIRECT SECURITY UPGRADE
Access to be impacted on
October 11, 2012
Member security is a high priority at Riverfront. This
includes protecting your home banking transactions in Online Direct. A few years
ago we implemented a process called multi-factor authentication (MFA) as part of
the login process to Online Direct. This helps confirm the device and the user

computer-related security, we will be upgrading our multi-factor authentication
on October 11, 2012. Access to Online Direct on this date will be impacted, and
at some point, Online Direct will be unavailable. The outage may last several

page to keep you informed during the day.
Additionally, after the upgrade, when Online Direct becomes
available, you will be requested to choose a new set of challenge questions and
provide your responses. You will also be requested to choose a picture. You will
not be required to change your PIN or password.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, as
mentioned, we strive to continually protect member information and transactions.
This upgrade is part of that effort. We hope that our members realize the
benefits of these actions. As always, feel free to contact us if you have any
