Nestled in the rolling hills of southeastern
Pennsylvania, RBS has thrived as a supplier of equipment for pretzel,
cookie, cracker, biscuit and pet treat producers worldwide. Throughout
our 50 years in bu siness,
we have been fortunate to recruit highly skilled workers indigenous to this
region. Our customer base includes both domestic and international producers
of pretzels, cookies, crackers, biscuits and pet treats.
Our main
manufacturing plant in Robesonia is where we fabricate and assemble all of
our machinery. While we do work with some outside vendors for
specialized processing of components, we do the vast majority of the
fabrication in-house. This way we are able to maintain our high
quality standards through every piece of equipment we design.

The Tech Center Purpose:
-
To
provide a demonstration facility for customers seeking to purchase our
equipment.
-
To
provide a facility for new product, process, and/or quality assurance program
development, as well as development and testing of new equipment designs.
-
To
provide a rental facility for those customers seeking to experiment with
process, product, equipment and formulation with total confidentiality.
The Center consists of
a single story 8000 sq. Ft. Industrial building located on 3.5 acres, and is
registered with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture as a food processing
facility. Telephone, fax, video or still camera, computer, printer and
photocopying equipment are available to make information processing easier.

Our customer
support does not end at the shipping department. We pride ourselves on
responding to customer needs and helping them utilize our equipment to its
highest potential.
Our technicians are
trained to understand the dynamics of plant operations and take that into
consideration when in the field.
We are available 24
hours a day, 7 days a week to assist our customers
in whatever way possible – before, during and after the sale.
