Q. What is an eStatement?

A. An eStatement is an electronic version of your paper statement of account available online through our free, secure home banking site, Online Direct.

Q. How do I switch to eStatements?

A. Log in to Online Direct. From the menu on the left, choose eStatements, then Applications. Choose eStatement Enrollment from the dropdown menu. On the Electronic Forms page click Electronic Delivery Agreement to read the terms and conditions. If you agree to the terms, click Next. On the following page, confirm your choice by clicking Submit.

Q. Can I view my eStatement without signing up for Online Direct?

A. No. If you are not a current user of Online Direct, you will need to enroll in Online Direct so you can receive a login ID and password. Click here to enroll in Online Direct.

Q. Is there a fee for Riverfrontís eStatements?

A. No. eStatements are free to our members.

Q. How do I view my eStatements?

A. Log in to Online Direct. From the menu on the left, choose eStatements, then View. eStatements can also be printed or saved to your hard drive.

Q. Do I need special software to view my eStatement?

A. You need a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader installed in order to view your eStatement.

Q. What if I donít have Adobe Reader?

A. Adobe Reader is free software that you can download. Providing this hyperlink does not constitute endorsement by Riverfront of the linked website or any information, products or services contained therein. Before clicking to download this software, be sure to uncheck buttons for additional software you do not wish to install.

Q. Are eStatements secure?

A. Yes. Online Direct is a secure connection. Because eStatements are accessed through Online Direct, they are also secure.

Q. How will I know my eStatement registration has been completed?

A. Once youíve completed the registration process, you will see a screen confirming eStatement Enrollment was successfully submitted.

Q. Can I register for e-Statements for more than one account?

A. Yes. You can view eStatements for all your eligible accounts online. But, youíll need to complete the eStatement enrollment process for each account.

Q. Will I continue to receive paper statements once I enroll in eStatements?

A. No. Once you enroll in eStatements, you will no longer receive paper statements.

Q. Can I have my eStatement emailed to me?

A. No. For security purposes, eStatements are available only through Online Direct.

Q. When will my eStatement be ready for viewing?

A. Generally, eStatements are ready for viewing by the 10th of the month.

Q. Will I receive email alerts when eStatements become available for viewing?

A. No. Riverfront will not clutter your inbox with unnecessary emails.

Q. What information will I be able to view electronically when I sign up for eStatements?

A. When you enroll in eStatements, your statements of account, annual privacy notices, newsletters and other notices, disclosures or records that RFCU may be required to deliver to you will be electronic.

Q. May I view eStatements from previous months?

A. Up to 24 months of eStatements will be available in Online Direct, beginning with the statement for the period in which you enroll. For example, if you enroll in June, you will be able to see an eStatement for the period ending June 30, which should be available to view by July 10. You will not be able to see statements previously mailed to you. If you would like a copy of a statement not available in Online Direct, contact Financial Services at 610-374-8351 or 800-451-3477.

Q. How long will my eStatement be available for viewing?

A. Your eStatement is available for viewing for 24 months.

Q. Can I print or save a copy of my eStatement?

A. Yes. You can save a copy of your eStatement to your hard drive. Or, you can print a copy for your records.

Q. Can I switch back to paper statements?

A. Yes. You can switch back to receiving your statement by mail at any time. To cancel eStatements, send us a secure message through Online Direct. Or, send your request in writing, along with your account number and signature to:

Q. Is it possible for my eStatement information to be exported to other programs?

A. No. eStatements are provided in PDF format only.

Q. Why canít I see my eStatement when I click on a particular month?

A. There may be two reasons. If it is before the 10th day of the month, your eStatement may not be ready to view. Or, you may be trying to access an eStatement prior to your enrollment in eStatements. If you would like a copy of a statement previously mailed to you, please contact Financial Services at 610-374-8351 or
800-451-3477.

Q. Will I receive my credit card statements electronically through Online Direct when I sign up for eStatements?

A. If you have a Riverfront credit card, your credit card statement is available electronically through our ezcardinfo website. If you do not currently have access to ezcardinfo, enrolling is easy. Go to https://www.ezcardinfo.com and click the Enroll Now button.
