the words “Growing Stronger Together” is not just a tag line, it’s what we believe in. Riverfront wants our relationships with our members and Sponsor Companies to be one of mutual and shared interest in each others objectives.
In the ever increasing competitive marketplace, benefits play an important role in acquiring and maintaining valuable employees. We help our Sponsor Companies offer the outstanding benefit of credit union membership to their employees at no additional expense. Even if your company currently offers credit union membership with an institution other than Riverfront, the NCUA (National Credit Union Administration) allows companies the choice in offering their employees membership to more than one credit union.
We will provide all the materials necessary to help you promote the credit union benefit to your employees. The credit union benefit is one your employees will value. We only ask you for a little bit of your time in making your employees aware that Riverfront Federal Credit Union is there for them. We will ask you to consider letting us do a paycheck stuffer from time to time and letting us visit your site occasionally to conduct an informational workshop or to set up a table with our Corporate Representative there to answer questions and provide information of interest to your employees. Our on-site visits are usually only an hour or two in length and are done to accommodate you and your employee’s schedule.

A short enrollment process is all that is needed once you decide to form a relationship with Riverfront Federal Credit Union. All the necessary forms are included below, or you can click here to order an enrollment package or call

Enrollment fulfillment process:
1. Complete the Service Request Letter(pdf 32kb) on Company Letterhead
2. Complete the Employee Group Application Form(pdf 5kb)
3. For Associations Only: If the group is an association, include a copy of the association’s Charter/Bylaws or other equivalent organizational documentation.

After we receive your request for membership, it will go to the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), who approves all new companies who are added to our Field of Membership. After NCUA adds your Company to our Field of Membership, the request goes to our Board of Directors who meets monthly.
Once we receive the Board of Director’s approval, we will contact you right away
with the best method of introducing Riverfront Federal Credit Union to your
