How do I enroll/sign up for online & mobile banking?

I am locked out of my online account.

If you are locked out of your online account, please contact our Member Service Team at (610) 374-8351 option 4 during regular business hours. For user name or password issues, you are able to reset those via our website (https://riverfrontfcu.org) by following the prompts at sign in.

What is my account balance?

We have various ways in which you can access your account balance:

utilize our mobile application, which can be downloaded in your Google Play or App Store after you enroll in online or mobile banking

What is Riverfront’s routing number?

What was the amount of my direct deposit?

We have various ways in which you can access the amount of your direct deposit:

What do I need in order to open an account?

If you currently live, work, worship or attend school in Berks County, Pennsylvania or are a legal entity doing business in Berks County, you are eligible to become a member of Riverfront Federal Credit Union! Also eligible for membership is a current member’s spouse, child, parent, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, in-law and household member. You will need to provide proof of your eligibility.

When you open an account, we ask for your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, social security number or TIN, employer, driver’s license number or picture ID. We may also ask to see a copy of these identifying documents. Additionally, you will need to deposit $5 into a Riverfront savings account.

How can I apply for a loan with Riverfront?

You are able to apply for a Riverfront loan by visiting one of our three branches, by calling (610) 374-8351 option 5 (during business hours) or by applying online or Riverfront Live.

Does Riverfront have withdrawal slips?

Riverfront does not have or use withdrawal slips. You are able to visit any of our three branch locations, and our tellers will be able to assist you with your withdrawal.

How can I make a deposit?

You can make a deposit to any of your Riverfront accounts at any of our three branch locations during office hours or after hours through our night drop at our Keiser or Museum Road branches. Additionally, you can make deposits via electronic transfer (ACH) using online and mobile banking, at any Riverfront Federal Credit Union ATM, or by taking a photo of your check via mobile deposit.

Does Riverfront have coin counting machines at any of their locations?

Coin machines can be found at our Keiser and Museum Rd branches.

Does Riverfront offer safety deposit boxes and if so, what are the fees?

Riverfront does have safety deposit boxes available at our Museum Rd branch. 3×10 boxes are offered for $45.00 per year, 5×10 boxes are offered for $60 per year and 10×10 boxes are offered for $100 per year. Please call to check availability!

How do I get a copy of my Riverfront statement now that they are no longer being mailed?

You are able to obtain your statement by logging in to your online account at https://riverfrontfcu.org. Click into the account that you would like a statement from. Within that account, click on ‘view all transactions’ which will bring up options for you to view transactions for various time periods as well as options to print or export those transactions. If you aren’t enrolled in online banking, you can access statements by going to https://www.bitstatement.org/riverfrontfcu and registering. You can elect to receive paper/mailed statements for $3 per month/per account. Free for members under the age of 18 and over 65.

Why am I being charged a monthly $3 fee? When did that $3 fee start?

If you have not signed up to receive eStatements, your paper statements are $3. In order to alleviate this fee, please enroll to receive electronic statements. This fee was first charged in April of 2017. Free for members under the age of 18 and over 65.

Where can I find tax forms?

You are able to obtain tax forms by logging in to your online banking account.

Can I set up a recurring payment to my Riverfront Visa with my Riverfront checking account?

Yes! You will need to sign into Online Banking and access the credit card account you wish to set the recurring payment for. From within the credit card account, click on ‘make a regular payment’ and follow the prompts to set the recurring payment.

How can I set up electronic payments from another financial institution for my Riverfront loan and/or credit card? Am I able to pay over the phone?
