If you are locked out of your online account, please contact our Member Service Team at (610) 374-8351 option 4 during regular business hours. For user name or password issues, you are able to reset those via our website (https://riverfrontfcu.org) by following the prompts at sign in.

If you currently live, work, worship or attend school in Berks County, Pennsylvania or are a legal entity doing business in Berks County, you are eligible to become a member of Riverfront Federal Credit Union! Also eligible for membership is a current member’s spouse, child, parent, sibling, grandparent, grandchild and in-law. You will need to provide proof of your eligibility.
When you open an account, we ask for your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, social security number or TIN, employer, driver's license number or picture ID. We may also ask to see a copy of these identifying documents. Additionally, you will need to deposit $5 into a Riverfront savings account.

You are able to apply for a Riverfront loan by visiting one of our three branches, by calling (610) 374-8351 option 5 (during business hours) or by applying online at https://riverfrontfcu.org/Loan-Application.asp.

Riverfront does not have or use withdrawal slips. You are able to visit any of our three branch locations, and our tellers will be able to assist you with your withdrawal.

You are able to make a deposit to any of your Riverfront accounts at any of our three branch locations, via any Riverfront Federal Credit Union ATM or by mobile deposit. For mobile deposit, checks only, no cash.

Riverfront does have coin counters behind the teller line at our Reading and Wyomissing locations. Our tellers will be happy to assist you!

Riverfront does have safety deposit boxes available at our Wyomissing branch. 3x10 boxes are offered for $45.00 per year, 5x10 boxes are offered for $60 per year and 10x10 boxes are offered for $100 per year. Please call to check availability!

You are able to obtain your statement by logging in to your online account at https://riverfrontfcu.org. Click into the account that you would like a statement from. Within that account, click on ‘view all transactions’ which will bring up options for you to view transactions for various time periods as well as options to print or export those transactions. If you aren’t enrolled in online banking, you can access statements by going to https://www.bitstatement.org/riverfrontfcu and registering. You can elect to receive paper/mailed statements for $1 per month/per account.

If you have not signed up to receive eStatements, your paper statements are now $1. Riverfront made every effort to notify all members prior to this change. In order to alleviate this fee, please enroll to receive electronic statements. This fee was first charged in April of 2017, for March’s statements.

You are able to obtain tax forms by logging in to your online account at https://riverfrontfcu.org. Please select eStatements from the left side bar. Within eStatements, please select the ‘Tax Form’ tab.

Yes! You will need to sign into Online Banking (https://riverfrontfcu.org) and access the credit card account you wish to set the recurring payment for. From within the credit card account, click on ‘make a regular payment’ and follow the prompts to set the recurring payment.

You can set up electronic payments from another institution by completing (and submitting) the Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization form, located in the Forms & Applications section (bottom of home page) of our website (https://riverfrontfcu.org). You are also able to pay by phone (via check only) by calling our Member Service Team at (610) 374-8351 during normal business hours (service not available on Saturday’s) for a $10 fee (per payment).
