This communication supplements the notice of postponement for the credit union's Annual Meeting originally scheduled on March 19, 2020.

The Annual Meeting has now been scheduled for July 23, 2020 at 6:30 pm ET and will be held as a virtual conference rather than in-person meeting.

On June 15, 2020, our Board of Directors unanimously approved the temporary by-law change to allow for a virtual meeting of the members for year 2020.The Board of Directors determined that a virtual meeting will protect employees, members, and the community from potential exposure to COVID-19.

Members are invited to join online using their mobile device, computer or tablet.

If you’re interested in attending the Annual Meeting, please register on or before June 29, 2020 via the registration form below. To register, you will need to provide your full name, phone number and email address.
